Apartment Reservation
Reservations with more than 30 days prior to the check-in date can be paid in 2 installments. 50% of the total amount is paid when booking. The rest of the pending amount, must be paid before 30 days from the check-in date. Please contact us first . Reservations made 30 days or less before the date of entry, the full amount of the reservation is paid.

Upon arrival a refundable deposit of 200 US dollars will be madein cash. This deposit will be used to pay for any damage or loss to the apartment or its contents, if any. The rest will be returned in cash at check-out.

Use of the Apartment
The total number of people allowed in the apartments will not exceed 2 per bed. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Failure to comply will be penalized with the payment of $ 150 to be deducted from the deposit, for a deep cleaning of the apartment.

Electricity
electricity is not included
*The Electricity is not included, you have to pay for it based on the consumption you have during your stay.

Substitutions
We reserve the right to replace the apartment in the event that the previously reserved is not available due to circumstances beyond our control, such as maintenance problems. We will do our best to relocate you to another equal or better. If we do not have another apartment, we will refund the full amount of your reservation.

Re-rent
The re-rent of the apartment is strictly prohibited. You will be penalized with eviction without refund.
The client agrees to preserve and care for the apartment as well as all its contents in perfect condition.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are subject to a charge of 50% of the reservation amount. All reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival have no refund.
